Back in 2019 I metal detected a property that had a slab hut on it 100 years ago. That slab hut was the first home of my grandfather when he was born. One of those finds was this neat buckle.

Late 2020 I bought a sandblasting cabinet and started to clean up some of my finds, including this buckle.

I was pretty happy with how it turned out, so much so that I decided to turn it into a belt. I met a guy at the Meadows Easter Fair who agreed to help me with the project. Needless to say I love it.

Big thanks to LHOH Leathercraft for making this a reality for me. You can contact them on Facebook here https://www.facebook.com/LHOHLeatherCraft
